We all know that Stickman stop animated movies are getting millions of views on YouTube. Just do a search for ‘POV Finance’ and ‘What did ancient humans do’ etc, and you will see multiple channels cloning a particular niche and fighting for the views.
There also many guides on YouTube explaining how to make the videos using scripts, platforms, AI such as ChatGPT or Clude etc.
Among these videos are guides also being created by Gurus, using other AI products explaining, how easy it is to clone a niche like Stickman and give you the impression that your videos will also get 1000’s of views.
What those videos don’t explain, is that you along with another 70 other channels are chasing the same views. They also don’t talk about how YouTube tends to reward the first come first served channels in that niche.
If you have been studying YouTube for sometime, you would have noticed that YouTube will favor maybe 1-5 channels over the other channels, which are getting the majority of views, even if the videos they release are and average video.
What if you could have a way of finding new and untapped niches?

If you have made Stickman videos before, using the guides and scripts, and the free platforms and the paid platforms, and Capcut and other video editors, you will know that the first video takes time and a great deal of effort.
Time and Effort to create manual videos?
You then choose the thumbnail and title and description and Tags, upload it to YouTube, and then find that it gets 3 views and then stops.
You then debate about building another video, but the thought of putting in the time and effort to create another video, which you think is going to do no better, puts you off. Make no mistake creating these videos can be very repetitive and costly.
Using the free platforms, you also run very quickly into the limits they put in place, and are then forced to realise that you are going to have invest at least something into video creation if you are to become successful at youtube.
No doubt there are some channels that are just lucky in hitting it first time, but the majority don’t, and you have to learn from the experience.

Did you actually try to work out how those top channels hit those all important niches in the first place?
I can tell you that it was not just luck, but testing of different niches and types of videos.
They had the ability to make a lot of videos through testing, and that’s the point we are making.
This software allows you to produce a lot of videos with minimum effort, so you can explore new and different niches.
If you could be the first in a new niche, the views are yours?
How Does YouTube decide to push your videos or not?
YouTube believe it or not, is not against your videos, no matter how bad or what they are about.
However YouTube judges your videos by how well they are watched by the audience. If the audience doesn’t think your video is very good, then YouTube will stop pushing that video.
There is also another important point which needs to be made here. If you have started a brand new channel and uploaded the first video, YouTube has no idea what you’re video is about apart from the Title, Description and Tags that you have given the video. It will then test your video on a small test audience, if that audience doesn’t like your video, that’s the end of the video, that’s why your video dies.
That’s the random part, you have no control over this.
Upload video no 2, and YouTube has a slightly better idea of who to push the video to, because it looks at video 1 etc. The more videos you upload, YouTube is then able to target the audience better as it goes along.
Another important point here is that, if you start making different videos and upload on the same channel, YouTube will then have no idea who to push the video too. This is why you see videos from a successful channel always using the same structure and type of video.

How many videos does it take before YouTube decides to push?
There is no minimum, in our experience you need to allow up to 10-15 videos. If you are lucky, they may push before this number.
Take a look on YouTube and you will see channels that have 30 videos uploaded and are still not being pushed. The reason is based on competitiveness, constant uploading, constant quality, constant structure and type of video, constant subject matter.
YouTube needs to see that you are a regular uploader and that there will be a constant supply of the same type and quality of videos.
If you are the viewer, YouTube does not want to serve you with random quality videos. The whole point of YouTube is that it wants to keep the viewers on the platform for as long as possible, does that make sense, If it serves the viewer a bad quality video, it will possibly lose that viewer off the platform. So being consistent and regularly uploading is essential.

YouTube Frame Animator takes out the repetitiveness, cost and hard work. It allows you to build the animated videos speedily and with less effort.
Import a story, and it will then turn the story into a storyboard. After the storyboard it will use one of the AI platforms that you have chosen. You will need an API key from that platform, so you will buy the credits from there. To give you an idea of cost, Prodia API charges .004 per image of Flux2Klein, so that’s 250 images per $1 dollar + the API charge of either ElevenLabs or BreezeBlue for audio.
Using this method works out to be around 80 Cents for 1 video comprising of 150 frames, and 10 mins of audio. The length of audio just depends on how long you build the sentence’s.
Once the clips are built by combining the frame and audio clip, which the software does, it then builds the clips into a full movie. Crossfade and straight movies can be built with zoom in. Background music and subtitles can also be added as well as watermarks etc.
Batch Build is available and is designed to allow the software batch building while unattended, so basically, set the software to build overnight, come back in the morning, etc. Also included is reporting from any niche which you choose to give you a head start in choosing which niche to build in in.
